Booking conditions:

We ask you to confirm your trip 30 days before the day of arrival in Morocco.
Your confirmation is valid as soon as we get a 25% down-payment.
We give a 15% reduction for children under 12 years old.

It is possible to pay through Swift bank transfer by International Money Order.
From our side, we will send you an email confirming your booking, showing the other members contact information, dates of your stay, your down-payment and what is left to pay.

The balance of your payment will have to be paid in Euros directly to your guide the day of your arrival.

If you have to cancel your trip, the following charges will apply:

– 20 to 10 days before the date of your trip: 15% of the total cost.
– 9 to 2 days before your arrival: 30 to 50% of total cost.
– Less than 48 hours before your arrival: 80 to 100% of the total cost.

Please check the conditions of your personal insurance as it is not included in our prices.

Please be also careful to have a valid passport for the length of your trip.
